• Sign up for a free Discount API account
• Go to the Simple Embed Creator
• Enter a name, optionally a query. Leave blank for any local deals
• Save your embed and copy the HTML from the embed details page.

• Go to your blog's administration page on Blogger
• Open Layout in the left menu, then hit + Add a Gadget somewhere on your page
• In the popup that opens, choose Basics > HTML/Javascript
• Enter a display title and paste your embed HTML into the Content text area

Your blog now shows local deals to your visitors, filtered by your query.
